Because each product is crafted on demand and shipped from one of our trusted printing partners around the world, your order is made especially for you once it’s placed.

That said, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. ❤️

If you need a size exchange

If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’ve got you covered.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange.
Simply contact us at orders@godisgreat.store with your order number and photos of the item in its original condition (unworn and unwashed).
We’ll provide the next steps for sending it back, and once received, we’ll send your replacement.
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it.
Send us an email at orders@godisgreat.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost, and in most cases, no return will be required.

Wrong or incomplete address

If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply once the correct address is confirmed.

International orders

We work with fulfillment partners in multiple countries, so your items may arrive in separate packages.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
